How do I clean my Dottiebobs products

Our handmade products are designed to be loved and used, but they do need a little gentle care. 💕

For most fabric items, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals, soaking or scrubbing, as this may affect the fabric, stitching or shape of your item

How long will my order take?

All Dottiebobs orders are handmade with lots of love and care, so please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.

Custom, personalised or larger orders may take a little longer due to ordering new fabrics. If your order is expected to take longer than the stated timeframe, I’ll always keep you updated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation with any relevant tracking information. 💕

What if my item arrives damaged

I’m so sorry! Every Dottiebobs order is carefully checked and packaged before it leaves me, but unfortunately, things can sometimes happen during delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order, and send me a photo of the damaged item and packaging.

I’ll look into this for you and do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 💗

As each Dottiebobs item is handmade, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind about an item purchased online, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, hair accessories and other items intended for personal use cannot be returned if they have been worn or used.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged, as these items have been made specifically for you.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and I’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Please contact me before sending anything back so I can provide the correct return instructions. 💕
